- Membership Duration
- The Downtime Entertainment Annual Membership commences 6 October 2025 and is valid immediately and expires 1 October 2026.
- Memberships are non-transferable and apply to the registered member only.

- Event Entry
- Members must present a valid ID to confirm identity at each event. IMPORTANT: this can only be done at the general admission gate. Not the entrant gate!
- Payment & Renewal
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Members will be notified prior to renewal to extend or update their membership for the next term.
- Misuse
- Any attempt to share, duplicate, or misuse a membership ID may result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
- Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges if terms are violated.
- Changes to Terms
- Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to modify membership benefits or terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
- Personal Information
- Downtime Entertainment will not share your personal information to any 3rd party.
