This year the Outdoor Car Display aka Hard Park / Outdoor Show & Shine is simply a $20 upgrade at the gate on top of the general admission entry of $20 (no need to register online).

For the Show & Shine entrants that also want to partake in the V 4 & Rotary Drag Day on Sunday 3 March at Meremere Dragway (Drags + Burnouts), select the show & shine entry you require with the (Drag Racing + Burnouts) option. If you are not a 2019 V.I.D AutoFest Show & Shine entrant but want to partake in the drags and burnouts on Sunday 3 March at Meremere Dragway you will need to enter directly HERE

Camping is FREE for entrants (you will be given your camping band at registration). Camping is $30 for passengers/crew (this includes their $20 spectator fee for the Saturday), they can pick up their camping wrist band and make payment at the registration desk. Alcohol is not to be brought onto site but there will be a bar set up for entrants to 'Meet and Greet' from 6pm-10.30pm. Toilets and shower facilities are available.

NOTE : People in the camp site without a camping wrist band will be removed. There are NO PASSOUTS for campers, bring everything you need with you. There will be a food vendor on site. You are also responsible for packing up your belongings and taking them with you. Your tents must be packed up no later than 9am in the morning. You are welcome to leave your tow/passenger vehicles parked in your camp site. Please do not leave any valuables.

  1. All 'Show N Shine' vehicles must be in a neat and tidy 'Show N Shine' condition. Entrants must listen to directions from all event officials and all decisions made are final.
  2. Indoor show entrants (Show and Shine / Lowrider Super Show) MUST pack in on the Friday from 2pm - 10pm, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Kids 15 and under are not allowed on site during show pack in on Friday.
  4. On show setup day, only the Driver + 1 helper will be allowed in at no cost to help set up
  5. Entry fee is not refundable.
  6. Indoor show cars must bring drip trays if they have any oil leaks
  7. Indoor show cars must not spray silicon inside the building, silicon must be put onto a cloth and rubbed onto the surface.
  8. Any damage to the indoor surface (carpet/concrete) will be charged to the entrant
  9. 3rd Party insurance cover is advised for all entrants as Downtime Entertainment takes no liability for any damage or loss at the 2019 V.I.D AutoFest.
  10. Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.
  11. Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry to any person(s). All entrants must conduct themselves in a well-behaved manner at all times.
  12. Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to add/remove trophy categories.
  13. Downtime Entertainment reserves the right to inspect vehicles for alcohol upon entry to the venue.
  14. Failure to comply with the 'conditions of entry' will result in dismissal without refund.
  15. Please make sure your email address is correct. All important information will be emailed to you for your reference so you know what is happening on the day. Downtime Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors.

After clicking the SUBMIT button your entry will be processed and you will be issued with a registration number. Once we have picked up your payment by direct debit, we will then confirm your entry via email within 1-3 working days.
